For over 30 years we’ve been dedicated to supplying high quality custom gears, assemblies and gear related products. Whether it’s been adding the latest machinery, new capabilities or investing in new systems and structures a large part of our focus has been continual improvement. Our aim is to supply quality products meeting customer specifications, delivered on time at cost effective pricing.

We are ITAR registered and AS9100D certified in accordance with the requirements of AS9104/1-2012-01 .

We currently own and operate out of two buildings adjacent to each other which total 27,500 square feet. Our CNC capabilities include hob, shape, mill, lathe, Wire EDM, cylindrical (ID/OD) grinding, external gear grinding (generating), internal gear (form grinding), gear inspection, CMM, surface grind, saw and debur. Our in-house processes also include thread grind, broach, hone, jig bore, laser identification and more. We’re truly a one stop shop.

A few of the requirements we manufacture to are AGMA (American Gear Manufacturers Association DIN (Deutsches Institute Fur Normung), NAS (National Aerospace Society, SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers, and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers). The major industries we serve include aerospace, defense, oil and gas, marine, medical and aftermarket automotive.
